At Absolute Body Solutions, we pride ourselves on getting our clients the results they want.
For women, this generally means losing weight, dropping body fat and toning up. We have tailored our system around this and modified it to work perfect for models.
Working with Liverpool’s most exciting new model Mollie has allowed us to put our methods to the test. Here is a small insight into what we do:
The aim:
We want to gain a small amount of muscle (Don’t worry, this won’t make you bulky! Believe me we don’t want this either!) and build some great glutes to create a peachy bum. We also want to slim down the arms, waist and legs and bring your stomach in nice and tight.
The training:
Our modified strongman training and metabolic circuits are our go to programmes with our models personal training sessions. Lots of prowler sprints, sled drags and ropes as well as weights exercises with dumbbells. We love to throw in some boxing too for added cardio that is fun and stress relieving after busy days!
Example workout:
Warm up: Glute activation circuit including hip thrusts, glute kickbacks and mountain climbers.
Perform 6 sets of the circuit with 1 minute rest between each circuit.
A1. Prowler sprint 40m
A2. Dumbbell squat x10 reps
A3. Prowler sprint 40m
A4. Press ups x10 reps
A5. Prowler sprint 40m
A6. Dumbbell bent over row x10 reps
Perform 3 sets of 12 reps each exercise with 45 seconds after the two exercises
B1. Barbell hip thrust
B2. Skaters
Perform 3 sets of 12 reps each exercise with 45 seconds after the two exercises
C1. Decline leg raises
C2. Decline sit ups
Mollie will perform this workout twice per week as part of a 4 sessions per week programme for two weeks, before the programme is changed to improve results.
